With summer coming back i have just realised there gonna be alot of time spent in a bikini or shorts and crop-tops, I have to admit I dont do much exercice in the winter... all I feel like doing is staying inside all day watching films and drinkning hot chocolate. Well i was thinking a need to get to get my bikini body back if I am gonna be spending some time down at the beach. here are some tips.
